Buggy!

Pimpin' her new ride!
Everything is more fun when shared with a pal!
The box is an added treat, of course!

It has been kind of a rough weekend for our little gal...sick AGAIN.  Friday I noticed her nose was running a little but and then after her nap she continued to vomit 6x and run a lowgrade fever.  Since it was her third illness in three months we were a bit worried, so she went to see DrG on Saturday.  Thankfully, it was just a viral thing again...bum luck this season!  During her assessment with DrG I faced the fact that we have been allowing her WAY too much milk...a risk for anemia and also the reason behind her poor eating habits.  We have cut back to 20 ounces per day and she now drinks water and eats like a champ!  Hooray!  She still has a head cold, hope it clears up quickly!  Yesterday she and her daddy went to ToysRUs to buy her a buggy since she loves the ones at play group so much.  She got the pink Step 2 Whisper Ride and she has so much fun riding in it, honking the horn, putting her bottle in the holder and stowing away her "treasures" under the hood!

Playing Tourist Right Here At Home

Hands down, one of the best panhandler signs ever!  He was nice with a good attitude.  He was trying to raise money to get to Alaska.
Margaux & Cousin Griffin
From the John Hancock Observatory
I hope she's never afraid of heights.
Sam & Griffin "washing windows".

Running by the fountains that were off due to chilly temps!
The picture that embodies what childhood is all about...grass stains, endless blue skies and nothing but fun thoughts & dreams!
Sleepy Girl
She loves horsies!  However, these poor horses do not belong in the polluted city streets amongst the traffic and volatile summertime temps!  Out to pasture!!!
Little Ladies:  Genevieve & Margaux

My nephew Sam and his family came to visit over their spring break.  They managed to  pack a lot of activities into 4 days...we joined them on their downtown outing on Sunday.  We enjoyed seeing them!  Come back soon!  :)

Special Gift

Margaux received this beautiful chair from her Grandma Prater this weekend.  Joanne knows a lady who is known for her artistry for such things...it's so cute and looks great in MVP's bedroom!  What makes it extra special is that the chair was originally Abby's and then Anna's.  Thank you Grandma!

Happy Easter!

What a nice Easter we had!  We woke up and let Margaux have her Easter basket from us right away.  She loved her goodies and especially the teepee!  Patrick's parents were here and we attended a very nice mass at St. Giles.  We came home and Joanne worked on a delicious spread of food and Kim + family arrived on their way home from Florida.  It was a very nice day and evening spent with family.  Margaux LOVES having company and she loves her family so very much!  Later this week we look forward to my nephew Sam and his family coming to spend a long weekend; lots of activities lined up for the kiddies!
