Our dear friends, the Wright family, have started a little tradition of coming for a pre-holiday Chicago weekend. They spent the first night with us, for a night of daddy/daughter Gingerbread house crafting, and good conversation over dinner. Margaux was thrilled to have a little "slumber party" with Sophie in her trundle bed! The next evening they moved to a hotel in the city, and we all met out for dinner and the girls went swimming afterward. We don't see them often enough, hoping to change that in 2014!
