Our niece Abby, who attends college in NYC, came to visit us over her Easter break. We have had such a wonderful time! We did a little shopping, got some mani/pedis, ate some good food, went to see The Hunger Games (Abby loved it! I loved it for the 3rd time!), went to American Girl Place, laughed at Second City, had cocktails atop a sky scraper, went to Easter Mass and enjoyed a SCRUMPTIOUS brunch! So much fun and the time flew by! Margaux had a ball at American Girl Place! That place is pure girlie magic, I tell you! I found myself getting all excited about the dolls and the gazillion accessories that are available! Margaux was very intrigued by both McKenna and the My American Girl Doll that you choose to look like you. She opted for a Little Margaux this time and she picked out some accessories all by herself! I plan to get McKenna for her as a Christmas gift....shhh! The luncheon was tasty and absolutely adorable. The only thing we didn't get around to doing that we had planned to, was go for a nice bike ride this afternoon...the girls are napping, Patrick is in a food coma and I am thinking about a nap after I post this entry!
